Bukit Chenuang

To complete the series about the mountains that circle KL but nobody notices because of the other buildings, crisscrossing and intersecting flyovers and link ways, these are some shots from our hike to bukit chenuang in Hulu Langat recreational park. The hike is not terribly difficult but the trail is overgrown in most parts , plenty of bamboos fallen over and thorns, not the thorns of destiny but those very real pangs that crosses your thighs everytime you slip on the leaves carpet or try to hold to a tree , because you do not want
What is great though is the pristine state of the jungle and the river, or the walking in the river in below the hills is sweet and cool, something i could not really be imagining i would be doing in the time i was living in Paris.
And bathing in the icy river at the end, that is the best part of every hike!
